Products sold by CHEAPSGATES are warranted directly by the manufacturer of the product and are governed by the respective return policy.

The warranty on any products is NOT VALID if a product's serial number has been altered, removed, or replaced in any way.

Call 1-800-504-3952 FREE or Fax 1-800-830-3952 for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before returning item(s) to factory. Products shipped to the factory without an RGA number will not be accepted. Replacement or repaired parts are covered by this warranty for the remainder of the warranty period or six (6) months, whichever is greater. Cheapsgates will pay shipping costs (equal to United Parcel Service ground rate) for return to the owner of item(s) repaired under warranty.

The manufacturer will not be responsible for any charges or damages incurred in the removal of the defective parts for repair, or the re-installation of those parts after repair. Use of any components that are not Polaris or AGA PRO specified (i.e. battery or transformer) will void the warranty. This warranty shall be considered void if damage to the product(s) was due to improper installation or use, use of non-compatible components or replacement parts, connection to an improper power source, or if damage was caused by lightning, wind, fire, flood, insects or other natural agents.

Please note that items purchased after 12:00 Noon MT (10:00 AM EST) may not be shipped until the following day.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Cheapsgates product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Cheapsgates reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Cheapsgates shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
